April 2026 Update
RENEWAL PROCESS UPDATE
Eligible 2025 campers will receive their renewal notice no later than Friday 10 April 2026, unless contacted otherwise.
Once your renewal notice is issued:
Renewal payment is due by 12:00pm (midday) on Thursday 23rd April 2026
No extensions will be granted beyond this deadline
Campsites not renewed by this time, will be released from the renewal process
If you believe you should receive a renewal notice and have not received one by mid‑April, please contact [email protected] so we can assist.
Public Sale:
Any remaining campsites will be released via Public Sale, anticipated to commence the week beginning Monday 18th May 2026, subject to availability.

Key Camping Information (Read First):
Campsites are charged per site, not per person, and can accommodate up to 8 campers
Pricing applies for the full booking period (up to 9 nights, depending on campground), regardless of arrival or departure date
Vehicle numbers are limited per site and all vehicles must be parked fully within marked campsite boundaries
Campsite bookings do not include event entry – a valid General Admission ticket is required - click here to buy tickets.
Campground rules and conditions are strictly enforced, including alcohol limits, fire safety requirements and prohibited items
Purchasing a campsite does not confer ownership of the site itself. Campers are granted the right to purchase the same site in future years through the renewal process, provided there have been no rule breaches the previous year and no operational or layout changes impact the site.
In some circumstances, in‑family transfers of renewal rights may be approved. The transfer or sale of campsite renewal rights to third parties in exchange for payment is strictly prohibited
