In a win for Aussie motorsport fans, Cam Waters and Will Brown's NASCAR Cup Series debuts will be televised on Fox Sports and Kayo.

The Supercars rivals will turn NASCAR Cup debutants for the weekend, with Brown to steer a Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet, and Waters an RFK Racing Ford, both backed by Supercars.

The two drivers have been in the United States this weekend preparing for the event, and have also caught up with Supercars legend Shane van Gisbergen, who will aim for back-to-back Xfinity Series wins this weekend.

Van Gisbergen has backed his former rivals to be "pretty competitive" in the race, with NASCAR listing Waters at 65-1 odds, and Brown at 28-1.

Waters and Brown will hit the track at Sonoma for a single practice session on Friday (7:00am AEST Saturday) followed by Qualifying on Saturday (8:00am AEST Sunday).

The race, the Toyota/Save Mart 350, will be televised live in Australia on Foxtel and Kayo.

Pre-race coverage will commence on Monday June 10 at 5:00am AEST on Fox Sports 505, with the race itself to start at 5:30am AEST.

Van Gisbergen's Xfinity race at Sonoma will also be televised on Saturday June 9, with Fox Sports 506 and Kayo taking the coverage from 9:00am. The race, the Zip Buy Now, Pay Later 250, will start at 9:30am AEST.

Waters and Brown will return to Australia after their Sonoma cameos for Round 5 of the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship in Darwin.
