It comes at a circuit rich in the team’s history, both good and bad.
DJR has won four times, most recently in 2019.
Johnson’s first win in 1981 came 12 months after he crashed out while leading, having hit a rock.
DJR’s 999 races have all been completed in Fords.
The team’s history has been broken down into a year by year format featuring a large range of sensational images and comprehensive statistics.
Johnson himself provides his personal recollection of each year.
There are also a variety of contributions from star drivers and significant figures from the history of DJR.
There is also a dedicated Bathurst 1000 chapter.
Cars will hit the track at Mount Panorama for Practice 1 on Thursday October 6.
