FAQs: Everything Repco Bathurst 1000 ticket holders need to know

Supercars can confirm that this year’s Bathurst 1000 will run over six spectacular days at Mount Panorama as the final event of the 2021 Repco Supercars Championship.

The motorsport extravaganza will feature six days of on-track entertainment and racing from Tuesday November 30 through until the Great Race on Sunday December 5.

Supercars understands that these changes will impact many, but hope the community understands that the public health and safety of our patrons must take priority at this time.

To assist fans with questions relating to existing tickets, please refer to the current advice below.

What happens to my tickets?

All tickets purchased to date for the original dates, October 7-10 and November 4-7, will be valid for December 2-5.

If you have previously chosen to roll over your 2021 tickets or campsite to 2022, your tickets are now only valid for the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000.

All fans intending to attend the new dates are encouraged to check their state border restrictions before committing to attend this year’s Repco Bathurst 1000.

Trackside tickets

For fans who have already purchased 4-day Trackside ticket/s, your tickets will be valid for the 6 days including November 30 and December 1 at no extra charge.

Priority Parking

For fans who have already purchased 4-day Priority Parking pass/es**,** your tickets will be valid for the six days including November 30 and 1 December 1 at no extra charge.

Paddock

For fans who have already purchased 4-day Paddock pass/es, your tickets will be valid for the six days including November 30 and December 1 at no extra charge.

Grandstand

All Grandstand tickets purchased for the original dates, October 7-10 and November 4-7, will be valid for December 2-5.

Fans who have already purchased a 4-day Grandstand ticket can redeem a Trackside ticket for November 30 and December 1 at no extra charge.

These tickets will need to be collected from the ticket box office upon arrival at the track.

If you wish to purchase a reserved Grandstand upgrade for 30 November and/or 1 December, please keep an eye out for a Ticketek email, in the coming days, that will communicate details of a special purchasing window.

Camping

Fans who have already purchased campsite/s for the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000_,_ and have not already requested a roll over or refund, will automatically be transferred to the new dates, November 30-December 5.

Fans who have not yet purchased their Trackside tickets will be given the opportunity to purchase a 6-day Trackside ticket at the 4-day price.

Ticketek will communicate details of a special purchasing window in the coming days.

Supercars will contact you in October to confirm the delivery of Vehicle Passes.

What if I can’t attend the new dates?

Fans wishing to roll over tickets to the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email [email protected] prior to Thursday September 23.

If you choose to roll over your tickets to 2022, your tickets for this year will be void and not transferable.

Fans wishing to roll over campsite/s to the 2022 Repco Bathurst 1000, please email [email protected] prior to Thursday September 23.

If you choose to roll over your campsite/s to 2022, your site/s this year will be void and not transferable.

How do I get a refund?

If you would like a campsite or ticket refund, please click here.

Ticket refunds need to be requested prior to the new event date.

You should allow approximately 20 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my credit or debit card has been cancelled/expired?

If your credit or debit card has been permanently closed/cancelled or your card has expired, please supply your bank details via the Ticketek website here, in order to process your refund.

If you do not provide the correct details, you will not be able to be refunded.

What if I purchased my ticket from an Agency?

If you purchased tickets from an Agency using cash or EFTPOS, you will receive a full refund to a bank account.
