Andre Heimgartner has revealed he is engaged to his girlfriend Jemma Boskovich.
The Brad Jones Racing driver popped the question to Boskovich last month.
The couple travelled to Boskovich’s hometown of Perth in late April.
It came ahead of the fourth round of the Repco Supercars Championship at Wanneroo Raceway.
The New Zealand-born driver proposed at Boskovich’s apartment.
The couple later celebrated the happy news with family and friends.
“We are very excited,” Heimgartner told Supercars.com.
“I proposed ahead of the Perth round at her apartment, it was very low-key, how Jemma wanted it.
“Jemma’s family came over after, and we had some champagne.”
It came just days ahead of Heimgartner’s breakthrough podium for BJR at Wanneroo Raceway.
The 26-year-old crossed the line fourth in Race 11, but was elevated following a time penalty for Cam Waters.
Heimgartner and Boskovich began dating last year, first sharing their union publicly while having a long-distance relationship.

They met through a mutual friend in New Zealand when Heimgartner was based in Melbourne and jewellery designer Boskovich remained in Western Australia.
Heimgartner has since relocated to Queensland, with Boskovich travelling to Supercars events throughout 2021 and 2022.
Heimgartner made a shock switch to BJR at the start of the season, departing Kelly Grove Racing.
BJR’s next assignment is at Winton Motor Raceway across May 20-21.
