The Repco Supercars Championship returns to Symmons Plains Raceway for this weekend’s second round of the 2021 season – the NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint.
Across Saturday and Sunday, the Supercars action will be headlined by three 44-lap sprint races.

With just four days until the cars hit the track for Practice 1, Supercars.com has listed some answers to key questions ahead of the event.
The NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint will be a two-day event held across March 26-27.
The race weekend will feature three 44-lap races, one on Saturday and two on Sunday.
The NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint will be staged in accordance with all applicable government regulations, including those responding to COVID-19, as well as a detailed COVIDSafe Event Plan prepared by Supercars and approved by government.
Check-in is required at Symmons Plains Raceway via the Tas Govt QR check in app.

The event will be broadcast in full on Foxtel and will be streamed on Kayo, with the Seven Network airing highlights packages on both days. Check out the full TV schedule here.
The support line-up will be headlined by the Haltech V8 SuperUte Series, the Battery World Aussie Racing Cars and Tassie Tin Tops. The full weekend schedule can be viewed here.
The venue will be divided into three zones: Paddock, General Viewing, and Park & View.

Paddock access is available for Accredited staff, teams and contractors plus patrons who have purchased a paddock pass. Purchase a Paddock Pass here.
Visit the Supercars Paddock on Saturday for the opportunity to meet your favourite Supercars drivers and get a personally signed poster.
Each driver will appear at the back of their garage for half an hour from 8:20am AEDT.
Children aged 12 and under are free to enter the venue in general admission areas; however, they must be always accompanied by their ticket-holding parent or guardian. Children require tickets for hospitality and grandstand areas.
The corporate experience facilities are located within the Paddock and guests are instructed to enter via Gate 1.
There will be food and beverage outlets located around the venue, as indicated on the Track Map. Merchandise stalls will be located within the General Viewing zone.
Patrons may bring in limited quantities of food and drink for personal consumption. No alcohol or glass is permitted to be brought into the precinct.
Supercars will hit the Symmons Plains circuit for the first of two 30-minute practice sessions at 9:50am AEDT on Saturday. Check out the full weekend schedule here.

Park and View gates open at 9:00am AEDT on Saturday and 8:00am AEDT on Sunday.
General admission access to the event is through Gate 1 and Gate 2 for pedestrians.
Gates open at 8:00am AEDT on both days of the event.
The Pit Lane Fan Experience returns in its usual format this year and will take place on Sunday March 27 at 8:35am.
For the first time in Tasmania, the new Gen3 prototypes will be track at Symmons Plains Raceway, and on display in the Paddock for the weekend. View the track times here.
The popular Family Zone is back in 2022. Bring the kids along to enjoy the free face painting and balloon artist and watch as the stilt walkers roam the crowd.
Symmons Plains Raceway is located on Midlands Highway, 10 minutes south of Perth, 25 minutes south of Launceston, an hour from Devonport and two hours north of Hobart.
Redline Coaches will operate free express services to and from Symmons Plains from the parking lot at Inveresk on Invermay Road on Saturday and Sunday of the event. Click here for more information.
Parking is free at the circuit. Follow directional signage off the Midland Highway to the General Admission Car Park located inside Entry 2.
Fans are encouraged to bring their chairs and picnic blankets into the General Admission areas but must adhere to applicable social distancing requirements when placing chairs on viewing mounds.
There is limited shade, so umbrellas are recommended.
Event organisers encourage attendees to stay COVID Safe by washing their hands as often as possible and keeping a safe distance from others.
Please be courteous when queuing for entry/exit, for food and beverages or for merchandise purchases and always keep 1.5 metres from other patrons.
Otherwise, as with all events, patrons must not attend if feeling unwell or if they have been in contact with a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case.
The event is being broadcast exclusively live and ad free on Foxtel and streamed live on Kayo across March 26-27.
The Seven Network will broadcast highlights on Saturday and Sunday.
