Stewards Update #4 (final) - issued Sunday 08th May at 1800hrs

Matters from Race 3;

The IO is to finalise two investigations into an alleged breach of rule, Schedule D3 Signalling 3.2.1.1, by the following Drivers on Car #38 Liam McAdam during Safety Car conditions;

  • Car #18 Matthew Chahda

  • Car #2 Dan Day

Matters from Race 2;

Car #67 Anton de Pasquale received a PLP for a Driving Infringement on Car #8 Andrew Jones at Turn 6.

Following an investigation and admission to breach of rule by Renee Gracie Car #98, Schedule B2 Rule 2.1 Careless Driving, contact to Car #34 Chelsea Angelo at Turn 4, the Stewards imposed a loss of 25 Series Points.

Stewards Update #2 - issued Saturday 07th May at 1300hrs

Matters from Qualifying;

There were no issues.

Other Matters – Media Rides;

Following an investigation and admission by Renee Gracie Car #98 to a breach of Rule E1.8.2, Driving Conduct during Meeting Rides, the Stewards imposed a $7,500 fine with $3,500 suspended until the 31/12/2017.

Other Matters;

Following an investigation and admission by Brad Jones Racing to a breach of Rule D12.8.4 failing to comply with the regulations when warming / running the Car’s engine within the Garage area, the Stewards imposed a $1,000 fine.

Matters from Practice 2;

For exceeding the Pit Lane speed limit, Car #10 Garry Hills was fined $350 (50kph).

Matters from Practice 1;

Following an investigation and admission by Renee Gracie Car #98 to a breach of Schedule D3 Rule 1.6 – Signalling, failing to observe the Red Light at Pit Exit, the Stewards imposed a $1,000 fine with $500 suspended until the 31/12/16.
