Fans heading to Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend have the chance to enjoy the racing in the comfort of their own cars, with Park and View ticketing options available.

Purchasing a Park and View ticket means parking at the final corner - where you'll see V8 Supercars power up the front straight - and cracking out the barbecue for a cosy V8 Supercars experience.

Bring your lunch and have a feast in comfort, or head to the nearby food stalls - all your needs are catered for in the Park and View area.

Upgrade tickets are avilable now, book before Friday 14th Aug to ensure your vehicle pass arrives in time or simply pick it up from the circuit.

It's $50 for a three-day pass, $25 for just Saturday or Sunday and $10 for Friday practice day.

Fans will need to purchase Park and View on top of their event ticket - click here for all the terms and conditions, including what can and cannot be brought into the circuit.

The Sydney Motorsport Park event should see close racing, with the Championship young guns on the podium last year. Shane van Gisbergen swept Saturday, showing why he's considered V8 Supercars' wet weather specialist, and Scott McLaughlin took out the 200km run on Sunday, with Nick Percat just 0.3sec behind.
