From a botched burnout to big pile-ups, these were the videos that had you clicking on Supercars.com in 2022.

10) Morris goes airborne

Nash Morris had an uncomfortable start to life in Super2, and it went aerial — and viral — after this crazy airborne incident off the line in Perth.

9) Gold Coast chicane pile-up

James Golding clouted a tyre bundle in the Gold Coast finale, setting off a chain reaction at the beach chicane. The end result? Carnage.

8) Final corner chaos

The battle for Townsville honours came down to the final corner, but no one predicted it would end the way it did. Anton De Pasquale turned Shane van Gisbergen, who then denied his Ford rival’s offer of a redress. De Pasquale crossed the line but was penalised, with victory falling to van Gisbergen.

7) Onboard: Winterbottom and Brown tangle

The first Sunday race at Pukekohe was red-flagged after a clash between Will Brown and Mark Winterbottom, which ended in a major impact for the former. Onboard from Brown's car was later released during the race, detailing what happened.

6) Exclusive Bathurst 12 Hour wall cam crash

Theo Koundouris crashed his Audi across the top of the Mountain during Practice 3 at the LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour. The crash occurred before the broadcast began, but was captured on Supercars.com's live stream, with the streaming phone wiped out by Koundouris' rear wing!

5) De Pasquale’s botched celebration

De Pasquale opened 2022 with dual podiums in Sydney, and celebrated the latter coming out of the final corner. However, his efforts went array, with De Pasquale sliding into the inside concrete wall.

4) Early Bathurst pile-up

An ambitious Zane Goddard move on lap 5 of 161 went haywire, and he surfed through the infield at The Chase. On rejoin, he lost control, and Matt Campbell and Dale Wood had nowhere to go.

3) SVG’s title-winning skid

Van Gisbergen's Adelaide weekend didn't go to plan, but he put it aside to celebrate his third championship with a memorable burnout on the pit straight. Van Gisbergen famously plugged the throttle with a race boot and celebrated on the roof of his Commodore with the wheels still turning!

2) Tailem Bend startline shunt

Thomas Randle qualified on the front row, but a stall left him vulnerable from behind. An unsighted Andre Heimgartner careened into the Castrol Ford, and both cars were out on the spot.

1) Controversial Bathurst qualifying clash

The most viewed video on Supercars.com this year was the controversial Bathurst qualifying clash between van Gisbergen and Macauley Jones. Van Gisbergen caught Jones at Brock's Skyline, but they tangled heading into the Dipper. Jones picked up major damage, while van Gisbergen was penalised to the tune of three grid spots over the incident.

The 2023 Repco Supercars Championship will commence in Newcastle next March.
