Chaz Mostert's current Walkinshaw Andretti United Holden Commodore has sold at auction for $610,000.
The car - chassis WR026 - was built for Mostert ahead of the 2021 season.
Mostert carried it to two podiums at February's Repco Mt Panorama 500, then to his first win with WAU at Symmons Plains in April.
Upon listing the car for auction, WAU confirmed WR026 will be the final Gen2-specification chassis it will ever build.
The Commodore went under the hammer on Sunday, after three weeks of accepting bids via the Lloyds Auction website.
The sale included the WR026 car and Walkinshaw Racing V8 engine which Mostert and Lee Holdsworth will race with at this year's Repco Bathurst 1000.
"Never before have we seen a complete race-winning Supercar with its V8 racing engine go to auction," Lloyds Auctions Chief Operating Officer Lee Hames said.
"This moment will go down in Australian motorsport history forever.
"Not only is it the first Holden that Chaz drove to victory with Walkinshaw Andretti United, but it is the final Gen2 chassis that Walkinshaw Racing will ever build."
Offered in its original condition, the car is set to be delivered to its new owner after the completion of the 2022 Supercars season.
The car will be presented in full running condition and will carry the specification it will compete in at the 2021 Repco Bathurst 1000.
The new owner can choose their desired livery for the Holden, from any livery featured throughout the 2021 or 2022 seasons.
