New app offers immersive and dynamic perspective on all things Supercars
App launched ahead of next week’s 60th anniversary Repco Bathurst 1000
Following the successful launch of the new Repco Supercars Championship website earlier this week, the all-new Supercars mobile app is now available for download for fans around the world.
Together, Supercars and Tribal DDB, one of the most awarded Interactive agencies in Australia, have crafted a mobile app available on android and iOS platforms, that caters to a diverse audience, offering tailored experiences for all user preferences.
The Supercars app is set to become the ultimate companion for fans, whether they utilise it during race weekends or to stay updated on the latest news in the sport.
From selecting favourite drivers and teams from the moment users open the app, it will offer an immersive and dynamic perspective on all things happening on and off the track. Enriched features include live timing, real-time commentary, personalised news updates, exclusive partner offers, and a range of other exciting elements that promise to enhance the race weekend experience.
The project has been in development for over two years and represents a multi-million-dollar investment by Supercars in its commitment to delivering an unparalleled fan experience.
“The new-look app positions Supercars digital offering as a modern, world class sporting league,” said Supercars CEO Shane Howard.
“It’s long been our ambition to invest in our digital platform to ensure relevancy and engagement in a world where fans are demanding more at their fingertips than ever before.”
Fans can now download the new Supercars app, which is up and running in time for next week’s 60th anniversary running of the Repco Bathurst 1000, taking place 5-8 October.
Tickets are available through Ticketek. The 2023 Repco Bathurst 1000 will be broadcast live on Foxtel and the Seven Network and streamed live via Kayo and 7plus.
