Several Supercars drivers are set to do battle on the virtual stage tonight in Round 9 of the Logitech Pro Invitational Supercars Series at a virtual Sandown 500.

The ninth round of the season also features as the second round of the Trueforce Enduro Cup, with names from the Repco Supercars Championship and the Dunlop Series being snapped up as co-drivers.

Dunlop Series aces Jobe Stewart and Reuben Goodall will also be competing, whilst Thomas Randle will serve as Driving Standards Observer, and Shane van Gisbergen will be online from America as a spotter and engineer.

Logitech's Senior Category Portfolio Manager Daniel Hall says there will be plenty of action to look forward to tonight.

"Tonight we kick off with practice starting at 6pm," said Hall.

"The broadcast starts at 6:45, then there's qualifying at 7pm, and just like in the real world you would expect to see all the main drivers do qualifying.

"The last enduro though, at Interlagos, we actually had a few of the Supercars drivers do the second half of qualifying which was really interesting.

"The race kicks off at 7:45, and it will be interesting to see how the strategies play out with the way the regulations are written."

Golding was the winner of the previous round at Interlagos, the home of the Brazilian Formula One Grand Prix.

The livestream, which begins at 6:45pm, can be found here.
