PIRTEK extends longstanding support of Supercars
Partnership between PIRTEK and Supercars has been ongoing for 28 years
PIRTEK carries naming rights for PIRTEK Victory Lane through to 2026
Supercars is pleased to announce the renewal of its long-standing partnership with PIRTEK.
The extension of the agreement comes in a milestone year for PIRTEK, as 2025 marks the company’s 45th anniversary of operation.
The partnership between PIRTEK and Supercars, which has been ongoing for 28 years, will see PIRTEK continue as the Official Hose, Pit Lane Fuel Hose and Pit Lane Air Hose Supplier of the Repco Supercars Championship for the next two years.
PIRTEK is also proud to return as the naming rights partner for the PIRTEK Victory Lane for the 2025 and 2026 seasons, as well as the return of the renowned PIRTEK Pit Stop Challenge.
The PIRTEK Pit Stop Challenge uses real in-race pit stop times to determine the four fastest and most consistent crews in pit lane who again will compete head-to-head live in the PIRTEK Pit Stop Challenge Finals for a $20,000 prize and the coveted Golden Rattle Gun Trophy.
PIRTEK’s presence will also be felt with track signage throughout the year including at the biggest event on the calendar, the Repco Bathurst 1000, at the legendary McPhillamy Park.
PIRTEK’s first involvement in Supercars came in 1997 co-sponsoring the EL Falcon piloted by F1 driver Alan Jones with Komatsu, which was built by Ross and Jimmy Stone.
PIRTEK supplies product lines to virtually every sector including agriculture, hospitality, automotive, transport, marine, forestry, power, defence, engineering, oil, gas, mining and motorsport.
PIRTEK CEO Mark Devitt said: “Our 45-year history has been built on delivering reliability and performance in high-pressure environments, which aligns perfectly with the world of Supercars.
“We are proud to extend our partnership and continue supporting the incredible teams and drivers that make this category so exciting.
“The PIRTEK Pit Stop Challenge and Victory Lane are key elements of our involvement, and we look forward to another thrilling season.”
Supercars GM – Commercial, Jamie Black said: “PIRTEK has been a valued partner of Supercars for close to 30 years, and their commitment to activities that enhance our offerings make them a perfect fit for our sport.
“Their continued investment in the Pit Stop Challenge, Victory Lane, and the endurance formats enhances the competition and the experience for teams and fans alike. We are excited to celebrate PIRTEK’s 45th anniversary alongside them in 2025."
