  • 2017 Bathurst winner joined by former teammate Anton De Pasquale

David Reynolds’ second season with Team 18 will come with a new look, with new colours and TRADIE Energy branding taking centre stage on the 2017 Bathurst winner’s Chevrolet Camaro.

Reynolds, who raced with TRADIE Beer naming rights in 2024, will run a new colour scheme and TRADIE Energy backing in the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship.

The #20 TRADIE Energy livery showcases a grey and black base with a vibrant fluorescent yellow finish, inspired by TRADIE Energy's Lemon Squash flavour.

The livery was designed by Nick Moss, and brought to life using PPG paint and vinyl supplied by Graphic Art Mart, and applied Team 18 Team Manager and Signwriter Mitch Croke.

TRADIE Energy and Team 18 also marked the launch with a video narrated by TRADIE ambassador Nick ‘Honey Badger’ Cummins, which stars Reynolds and the new-look car.

Richard Hollway returns as Reynolds’ Race Engineer, with Team 18 unveiling new driver Anton De Pasquale and his DEWALT Camaro earlier on Wednesday.

Team 18 also welcomes new partners Hungry Jack’s, IVE Group, Graphic Art Mart and High Sierra.

“I’m super pumped to reveal the TRADIE Energy Camaro – it looks absolutely stunning,” Reynolds said.

"The team has done an amazing job bringing these colours together. At first, I wasn’t sure how they’d work, but seeing the final product, I love it.

“I’m really excited to launch TRADIE Energy – it’s an underdog brand with a great Aussie attitude, and I can’t wait to take on some of the biggest energy drink names in the world.

“Anton and I are new teammates at Team 18 but old teammates from the past. He’s a great competitor, a really strong driver, and such an easy guy to get along with, so I’m looking forward to the year ahead.

“Last year had its highs and lows. We showed good speed at times but didn’t always convert it into results. This year, it’s all about consistency and moving up the grid. There’s a lot of hard work happening behind the scenes at Team 18, and I’m confident we can put together a fast car.”

Team 18 owner Charlie Schwerkolt said: “We’re thrilled to unveil the #20 TRADIE Energy Camaro and continue building on our fantastic partnership with Ben Goodfellow and the team at TRADIE.

“David is a proven race winner, and with the backing of TRADIE Energy, we’re looking forward to an exciting season ahead. The new livery looks fantastic, and it’s great to see TRADIE stepping up to take on the big names in the energy drink world.

“With David and Anton reunited as teammates, we’ve got a strong driver lineup for 2025. The focus now is on building consistency, pushing forward, and delivering results on track.”

Ben Goodfellow, TRADIE Founder & CEO, added: “It’s fantastic to see TRADIE Energy take centre stage on David Reynolds’ Camaro for 2025.

“We’ve built a great partnership with Team 18, and we’re excited to take things to the next level with our new energy drink range.

“The TRADIE Energy Camaro looks incredible, and launching it with Dave and Nick Cummins was the perfect way to showcase what TRADIE Energy is all about.

“We’re here to shake things up and take on the giants of the energy drink world. We can’t wait to see Dave hit the track and look forward to a huge season ahead.”

Reynolds will hit the track at Sydney Motorsport Park for the official test and Round 1 in Sydney next week.
