The 2026 Ryco Enduro Cup kicks off in South Australia, with the AirTouch 500 at The Bend.
The Tailem Bend venue hosts its second Supercars enduro, and first with its shorter West Circuit layout. It'll be a busy race, with 147 laps between drivers and glory.

The story so far
On its Supercars enduro debut, Toyota took honours in an enthralling AirTouch 500 at The Bend. Chaz Mostert and Fabian Coulthard combined to dominate a race punctuated by incidents, Safety Cars and drama for heavyweight contenders.
Toyotas in the box seat at halfway
Chaz Mostert and Kai Allen emerged as the key contenders for the AirTouch 500 at The Bend after a manic start to the Ryco Enduro Cup. The first half of the race featured three Safety Car deployments.
The Broc Feeney/Nick Percat and Brodie Kostecki/Todd Hazelwood Fords were taken out of early contention of the AirTouch 500 at The Bend. After a wild start to the race, with Hazelwood bogging down and Percat spun around by Lee Holdsworth, both Mustangs’ races unravelled after a Shannons Safety Car period.
Chaotic start
The Kai Allen/Tim Slade Penrite Ford streaked away following a chaotic start to the 2026 AirTouch 500 at The Bend. Slade opened up a staggering 16-second lead through 16 laps after a wild opening to the race, which saw both Triple Eight Fords delayed, Mark Winterbottom penalised, and several others strike trouble.
Race day rain
After two days of bright sunshine, the rains arrived for the Sunday Warm Up and triggered absolute chaos. The James Golding/Richie Stanaway Ford was fastest.
Fords to the fore
Brodie Kostecki beat Matt Payne to pole by just 0.07s in the Top Ten Shootout, with Cam Waters and Thomas Randle closing out an all-Ford top four. Anton De Pasquale dropped from provisional pole to fifth, ahead of Kai Allen and Broc Feeney.
Qualifying drama
Anton De Pasquale claimed provisional pole for the AirTouch 500 at The Bend after a breathless Boost Mobile Qualifying session. The Team 18 spearhead pipped Penrite Racing's Matt Payne by just 0.0069s, the Kiwi surviving a scary close call with Ryan Wood late in the session.
Mostert tops final practice
The form guide wasn't made any clearer after Practice 5, with Chaz Mostert fastest for Toyota, whilst defending Bend 500 winner Brodie Kostecki was last.
Erebus co-drivers to the fore
The final co-driver practice of the weekend was paced by Erebus Motorsport, with Super2 Series leader Lochie Dalton pipping teammate Jarrod Hughes.
Close call in pit lane
Chaz Mostert and Broc Feeney nearly came to blows in pit lane in the dying minutes of Practice 3, as the latter was pushed out into the path of the Toyota. No penalties were awarded over the incident.
Ojeda at the double
Jayden Ojeda proved his Practice 1 form was no fluke with the fastest time to end Friday in Practice 3, with Anton De Pasquale fractionally behind in a Chevrolet 1-2.
Hall pips Hazelwood in co-driver opener
Bayley Hall put Team 18's wildcard Chevrolet on top in the first co-driver session of the 2026 Ryco Enduro Cup, beating 2025 Bend winner Todd Hazelwood by just 0.024s in an uneventful session.
Drivers pushing the limits
Drivers grappled with The Bend’s West Circuit early, with a spate of track limits strikes and traffic encounters punctuating opening practice. A whopping 76 strikes were recorded in Practice 1 alone.
Ojeda on top
Jayden Ojeda sprung a late surprise to top the opening practice session of the AirTouch 500 at The Bend, in a session that was dominated by the Tickford Mustangs.
