Supercars has taken centre stage in Repco's new brand and marketing campaign, which launched on Wednesday.

Repco, which has carried naming rights of the Supercars Championship and Bathurst 1000 since 2021, has revitalised its logo, tagline and marketing with a refreshed look and message.

Repco’s new identity is the phrase ‘Gets you goin’, which according to the company, "refers to the emotive drive of the company’s many passionate customers and the role Repco plays in invigorating their shared love for cars."

The Supercars element plays a key role in Repco's new identity, with one of the three 30-second TVCs headlined by unique sights and sounds of the iconic Aussie tine top series.

Shot at Melbourne's famous Sandown International Motor Raceway, the TVC shows two Ford Supercars from Penrite Racing and Tickford Racing, capturing the imagination of a young fan.

“Repco’s new brand line ‘Gets you goin’ has been inspired by our customers,” Repco CEO Wayne Bryant said.

"Everything that our customers and Repco Crew do with cars gets us goin’, and our customers want us to join them in showing our shared love for cars.

“Repco has long been the trusted automotive parts and accessories go-to for workshops and people who love cars, right across Australia and New Zealand.

“For more than a century we’ve been getting cars, people and automotive businesses goin’ and we’re celebrating this with our new voice.”

Beyond retail and trade automotive markets, Repco has long been associated with motorsport, notably building the engine that powered Sir Jack Brabham to the 1966 Formula 1 title.

Repco's naming rights partnership with Supercars will run through to the end of at least 2028, in a deal announced at the 2022 Adelaide 500.

The 2024 Repco Supercars Championship will resume at this weekend's NTI Townsville 500.
