Elly Morrow switches teams from Brad Jones Racing to Tickford Racing for her sophomore season in 2023. Morrow will be partnered by 2022 Super3 champion Brad Vaughan.
A talented kart racer, Morrow came into Super2 last year as a product of the Brad Jones Racing/Tom Williamson Motorsport Junior Development Team. Her first laps behind the wheel of a Supercar came at the end of the 2020 season during a BJR evaluation day.
Morrow's first race start in a Supercar came just 10 months later, driving one of BJR's VE Commodores in the NSW Sports Sedans support races during Supercars' first Sydney Motorsport Park tour in 2021.
She then tackled the final two Dunlop Super3 Series rounds at SMP and Mount Panorama, recording top 10 finishes in each race start.
Morrow had a steady introduction to Super2 last year with karting mentor Williamson and Supercars driver Macauley Jones in her corner, along with experienced race engineer Steve Todkill, coming close to a breakthrough top 10 finish in Townsville.
