Kevin Estre adds an international flavour to Supercars in 2023, with the French sportscar ace joining Penrite Racing for the enduros.

Estre, who will share the #19 Penrite Ford with Matt Payne, joined Porsche Penske Motorsport in 2023, and races the #6 Porsche 963 in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) alongside co-drivers Andre Lotterer and Laurens Vanthoor. The Frenchman competed in the WEC GTE Pro class last season, and scored two victories at the 1000 Miles of Sebring and at the Six Hours of Fuji.

Estre contested his first season as a Porsche works driver in 2016, having won two junior classification titles and the Carrera Cup France trophy in 2011. He switched to Carrera Cup Deutschland the following year, and immediately scored a victory and ultimately won Rookie of the Year honours. Estre won the WEC title in the 2018-2019 season, and claimed victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

He also claimed overall success at the 2019 Spa 24 Hour race, and claimed five pole positions at six FIA WEC races in 2021.
