Max Vidau steps into the Anderson Motorsport Ford Mustang that Zak Best carried to second overall in last year's Super2 season.
Vidau arrives in the Dunlop Series following his best campaign yet in the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia Championship, winning three races en route to fifth overall.
His early racing days included time in Hyundai Excel and Formula Ford, before he went onto the Porsche circuit.
He finished third in the 2018 and 2019 GT3 Cup Challenge Australia class, and graduated to Carrera Cup Australia.
Vidau has also enjoyed experience in the likes of TA2, Trans Am, MARC GT and Sprint Cars, to name a few.
The rising star will be engineered by veteran Brendon Hogan, who led Best's title charge in 2023, in what was the Anderson squad's first full assault on Super2.
