After racing Falcons since stepping onto the Supercars ladder in 2020, the second-generation driver will campaign a Triple Eight-built ZB Commodore for the 2023 season.
Morris is the son of Bathurst 1000 winner Paul Morris and a product of his father's Racing Academy at the Norwell Motorplex. Indeed, Morris won the 2021 Dunlop Super3 Series aboard the same Ford Falcon FG that fellow Norwell prodigy Broc Feeney piloted to the Super3 title in 2019.
Unlike many young drivers aspiring to become professionals, Morris had only taken part in one karting event before starting his car racing career in 2019 in the Hyundai Excel category.
He gained further race experience in Toyota 86s, TA2 and Stadium Super Trucks before campaigning a Supercar for the first time in the Aussie Tin Tops support class at The Bend's Supercars Championship round in 2020.
Last year he graduated to Super2 aboard the same FG X Falcon that fellow Norwell alumni Anton De Pasquale drove to pole positions and race wins in the 2017 series.
