Brown to make Toyota 86 guest appearance

Will Brown will make a guest appearance in the Toyota 86 Racing Series field at the LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour.

The Toyota 86 Series has been confirmed on the support card for next month’s event.

It marks the first of two events at Mount Panorama for the one-make series in 2022.

The Toyota 86 Series will also feature in October’s Repco Bathurst 1000.

The Toyota’s join the Aussie Racing Cars and Bathurst 12 Hour Combined Sedans for the popular endurance event across May 13-15.

Erebus Motorsport driver Brown will also line up on the grid as one of the guest drivers in the one-make series race.

The 23-year-old won Toyota 86 title in 2016, before progressing into the Super2 Series the following season.

The TGRA 86 Series will compete on Friday and Saturday, with practice, qualifying and race one scheduled on Friday.

A further two races on Saturday will complete the round.
