Gallery: Three generations of Johnson cut laps

Three generations of Johnson cut laps aboard Shell V-Power Racing Team Mustangs on Monday.

The track running came at Queensland Raceway, which bears Johnson senior’s name on pit straight.

Johnson’s eponymous team added the famous surname to three current-spec Mustangs below the team’s iconic #17.

The trio shared the track together, the Mustang convoy led by 77-year-old Supercars Hall of Famer Dick.

Monday marked Dick’s first Supercars laps since 2019; son Steven last raced a Supercar in 2014.

Steven's teenage son Jett is currently competing in Trans Am, having won a TA2 title last year.
