Bathurst camping tickets put on hold

The general public sale of Bathurst camping tickets has been put on hold ahead of the 2020 Great Race in October.

The Bathurst Camping Team confirmed the news this morning, two days out from the scheduled Monday opening of sales.

“Supercars is working closely with NSW Health authorities to confirm details for camping at the 2020 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000,” read a statement.

“Supercars.com will provide all updates as soon as they are confirmed, please follow https://www.supercars.com/bathurst1000/camping/

“We ask that all of our loyal fans be courteous and understanding as Supercars navigates these unprecedented times.

“We look forward to assisting you as soon as possible.

“We thank you for your support and we wish you and your families all the best as we work to get fans back to the mountain as soon as possible.”

The Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 is due to take place on October 8-11.
