Supercars has reallocated tyres to teams ahead of the final day of the OTR SuperSprint.
This weekend’s event is being conducted solely on Dunlop Soft tyres.
The grid has expanded from 25 to 27 cars this weekend, with Zak Best and Jordan Boys entered as wildcards.
Best scored a shock pole for Tickford Racing, and finished the 24-lap sprint in fifth.
Due to production issue, the Best and Boys entries had been handed a different batch of tyres.
The wildcard allocation will be split across the while field for Sunday, which will be headlined by two 24-lap sprints.
For Sunday’s action, each entry will be handed a single tyre from the wildcard allocation.
Weather may still rear its head, with rain forecast in Tailem Bend across Sunday.
Both Sunday morning qualifying sessions were held in dry conditions, with Cam Waters taking Race 22 pole.
Best sat 10th before a late flurry of times dropped him to 16th, two positions ahead of Boys.
The OTR SuperSprint will conclude with Races 22 and 23 on Sunday.
Shane van Gisbergen, who won on Saturday, leads the championship by 323 points.
Red Bull Ampol Racing leads the teams' championship by 31 points.
