The 2024 Repco Supercars Championship has served up some big battles and seven different winners so far, and we’ve still got five rounds and 10 races to go.

After Sydney, we asked you for your tip for the 2024 title. With thousands of votes cast, the results are in.

In the end, there was one clear winner, with Chaz Mostert coming out on top in your voting. Mostert won the poll with 56% of the vote, ahead of current championship leader Will Brown (33%) and Broc Feeney (7%).

Brown has led the championship since the Grand Prix in April, but Mostert has closed at a rate of knots, wiping 174 points off what was a 279-point deficit after Darwin.

There are question marks over both drivers; Brown is winless in eight races, while there are doubts over Walkinshaw Andretti United's Super Soft performance. Regardless, Mostert and Brown are the firm fan favourites for the title, combining for 89% of the vote.

In a recent analysis by Supercars.com, the odds will be in the leader's favour after Tasmania. So, there's plenty at stake at the upcoming round at Symmons Plains.

Any of the top five in the championship, including Cam Waters and Matt Payne, will be a first-time Supercars champion come the VAILO Adelaide 500 in November.

Here’s how the voting broke down amongst the top five:

    • Chaz Mostert, 56%

    • Will Brown, 33%

    • Broc Feeney, 7%

    • Cam Waters, 3%

    • Matt Payne, 1%

The 2024 Repco Supercars Championship will resume at the NED Whisky Tasmania SuperSprint on August 16-18. Tickets for the event are on sale now.

Live coverage can be found on Foxtel, with live streaming available on Kayo. Highlights will be shown on the Seven Network and 7plus. International viewers can follow all the action on Superview.
