Record camping renewals ahead of 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 public sale

A record-breaking number of fans have already secured their spot for the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000, with more than 5000 campsites renewed ahead of this week’s close of the exclusive renewal period.

The campsite renewal period closes at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday 15 April, with any unsecured sites to be released for public sale.

Fans who missed out on renewals will have another chance to secure a site when the public sale begins at 10:00am AEST on Wednesday 7 May.

Over 1800 sites are expected to be available across six of the eight campgrounds, including powered and non-powered options.

In 2024, all available public sale campsites were exhausted in just 90 minutes. Camping at the Bathurst 1000 continues to be one of the most sought-after experiences in Australian sport, with panoramic views, festival vibes and unrivalled access to the action on and off the track.

This year’s Great Race will be held from October 10-13, 2025, at the iconic Mount Panorama.

“We anticipate that this year’s event will once again draw a significant crowd, with over 7000 campsites expected to be filled.”
