A title-winning Red Bull Formula 1 car will lap Mount Panorama during the 2023 LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour.
Current world champions Oracle Red Bull Racing will be a headline on- and off-track feature of the February 3-5 event.
The team's presence at the event will include on-track running of the double F1 title winning RB7.
The RB7 was raced to 12 wins in 2011 — 11 by drivers’ champion Sebastian Vettel — and won the constructors’ title.
Vettel took a record 15 poles in the 2011 season with the RB7.
F1 cars lapping Mount Panorama is a rare occurrence — it last happened in 2011.
Prior to the 2011 Australian Grand Prix, Jenson Button and Craig Lowndes had a ride swap.

Button and Lowndes drove their own cars first, before Button drove Lowndes’ Triple Eight Commodore Supercar.
Lowndes also took to Button’s F1 car, just after the 2009 world champion ripped a 1:48.8s lap.
Red Bull dominated the 2022 season with 17 wins and both championships.
The Red Bull team and cars will be accessible to the public via their location in the Bathurst 12 Hour paddock.
The paddock is free to access for all ticketholders at the event.
The driver to pilot the Oracle Red Bull Racing F1 car will be announced in the new year.
Further details regarding the on-track schedule and off-track activation surrounding the Red Bull F1 team's presence will also be announced early in 2023.

Shane Rudzis, LIQUI MOLY Bathurst 12 Hour Event Director, said Red Bull F1’s presence takes the 12 Hour to a whole new level.
“Oracle Red Bull Racing are the current Formula 1 World Champions — just to have them at the event is a privilege,” Rudzis said.
“But to know that the Red Bull Racing Formula 1 car will be lapping Mount Panorama will be something else.
“This will be a spectacle like nothing we’ve seen at the 12 Hour before and takes the event to an entirely new level.
“This will be the best opportunity in 2023 for Australian F1 fans to get up close and personal with F1 machinery and an even rarer opportunity to see a Formula 1 car lap Mount Panorama.”
