For five days, Supercars and team staff have run the Gen3 prototypes through a comprehensive parity process.
The two cars were subject to a VCAT (Vehicle Control Aerodynamic Testing) this week.
Supercars technical staff, plus members of homologation teams Triple Eight and Dick Johnson Racing, worked feverishly at Wellcamp Airport near Toowoomba.
The Gen3 Chevrolet Camaro and Ford Mustang were paced in the search for all-important aerodynamic parity.
The cars first hit the airstrip on Monday 7 November, with running scheduled to conclude on Friday 11 November.
Veteran Supercars photographer Mark Horsburgh captured a snapshot of VCAT.
