GM Australia and New Zealand have revealed its latest offerings for Supercars fans for this year’s OTR SuperSprint.

A range of fan-friendly activities on and off the circuit will feature at The Bend Motorsport Park across July 29-31.  Tickets to the OTR SuperSprint are on sale now.

On-track GMSV is providing a new C8 Corvette Convertible as the official course car for the support categories, including Paynter Dixon Porsche Carrera Cup.

Off-track the brand is launching a new competition for fans, which will see two lucky people and two friends win a final hot lap in a Holden Supercar.

It comes as the General Motors Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 prototype will make its Tailem Bend debut on Friday afternoon, taking to the circuit for a dedicated Gen3 session.

Both the Camaro and Ford Mustang prototypes will be on display for fans in the Supercars paddock throughout the event, giving South Australian fans their first glimpse of the cars before their racing debut in 2023.

“As part of the transition from 50 years of Holden motorsport success to Chevrolet Racing and with the move to Gen3 Camaro for the 2023 season, there is an outstanding opportunity to farewell the Holden Supercar in appropriate style,” said Chevrolet Racing General Manager, Chris Payne.

“Included in these plans is the chance for two Holden fans to win a money-can’t-buy opportunity - the official final Holden hot lap.

“In a fitting fan finale, two winners and a friend will go for a ride in a Red Bull Ampol Racing Commodore, enjoying the honour of being part of Holden’s illustrious motorsport history.”

GMSV will bring its freshly-expanded range of merchandise to the South Australian circuit, with new items of headwear, polos, and outerwear displaying the iconic Chevrolet Racing graphic.

To enter the Holden final hot lap competition, fans can visit the official Holden Motorsport Facebook page and comment on why they should be one of the two people to win the prize.

Entries open this weekend with winners to be announced on Sunday October 9.

The 2022 season will resume at the OTR SuperSprint on July 30-31. Purchase your tickets now.
