You don't have to wait until the weekend to see your favourite V8 Supercars personalities. All 25 drivers will be signing autographs at Sydney Motorsport Park today from 12.35pm - so ensure you're at the rear of the garages on time to get pole position in the queue!

Friday is exclusively for support categories this year, with a red-hot line-up ready to entertain motorsport fans.

From the classic Touring Car Masters category to the Porsche Carrera Cup - fielding some of the co-drivers you'll see in the main game next round at the Wilson Security Sandown 500 - there's plenty to see and do at Sydney Motorsport Park today.

For those hoping to see the V8 Supercars, don't despair -a number of cars will be on-track in the afternoon, whirling around and delivering the hot laps 10 lucky fans won in the 10 hot laps in 10 days promotion.

Besides, the less time they're on track, the more opportunities to see the drivers in the paddock - so keep your eyes out, your camera ready and your pens poised for a sneaky autograph.

Who will come out on top this weekend is anyone's guess. Saturday's tight schedule will throw a new challenge at the teams, while Sunday will surprise, with some teams surely gambling on alternate strategies to challenge for the podium.

While you're not engaged in the racing, take the little ones to the Disney Fun Zone, running every day from 10am. Kids will be in 'Cars' paradise with Mack the Transporter and Lightning McQueen there to meet, and a life size World Grand Prix Training Track, set with street signs, to test their pedal power.
