The SuperKids Zone will be located behind the grandstand directly opposite pit lane.
It will offer young fans the opportunity to enjoy a combination of activities.
That includes an inflatable racetrack with bikes, trikes and carts, a speed reaction game, table top activities focusing on patience and skills of steering, and the SuperKids Pit Stop Challenge.
“The SuperKids Zone is an offering developed by Supercars and we’re thrilled to have it on board for this weekend’s first event of 2022,” Event Manager Matt Ramsden said.
“The SuperKids Zone will be an engaging area with activities designed for kids from three years old upwards, to test their racing abilities, it will also have a chill out space for parents to relax.”
Off-track entertainment will return in a big way at the season-opening Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight.
The paddock will be open to fans across the three-day event.
An all-in autograph session will be held on the Saturday afternoon of the event, prior to the opening race of the event, a 300km race under spectacular lights at Sydney Motorsport Park.
The Sydney round will also host some of Australia’s hottest DJs as off-track entertainment.
DJs and some of Sydney’s leading cover bands will perform within a new party precinct next to the main grandstand over all three days of the event.
The Saturday night party, held after the first race of the new season, will be headlined by Hot Dub Time Machine.
Fans will be able to meet their favourite drivers
Ticket-holders will be able to attend the event once Saturday night’s race concludes.
The broader entertainment package will include on-track demonstrations, merchandise alley, food and beverage facilities, and fireworks.
The Dunlop Super2 Series, Aussie Racing Cars Super Series, Touring Car Masters and the Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia 86 Series will also take to the track.
The Repco Supercars Championship field will return to Sydney Motorsport Park for the Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight across March 4-6.
Tickets are on sale through Supercars.com and Ticketek.
