A combined 27-car Super2 and Super3 grid will tackle this weekend’s Dunlop Series round in Western Australia.
The Dunlop Series’ visit west, for the Bosch Power Tools Perth SuperSprint, sees a split 19 in Super2 cars and eight in Super3.
Zak Best, who races an Anderson Motorsport Ford Mustang, leads Eggleston Motorsport rookie Cooper Murray by 18 points.
Best and Murray split the Super2 wins at the season-opening Thrifty Newcastle 500.
This weekend's event will be the first to feature timed races in the Dunlop Series.
Drivers will compete in 40-minute races on the Saturday and Sunday of the event, with grids set by a single ARMOR ALL Qualifying session.
Given lap times in Perth are sub-60 seconds, drivers could clock up over 40 laps in the races.
The Perth round will feature a notable absence in the form of MW Motorsport, which fielded a single Mustang for Jaylyn Robotham in Newcastle.
MW Motorsport, the most successful team in Super2 history, may make a comeback later in the 2023 season.
After Perth, the Dunlop Series heads to Townsville in July for Round 3 and then Sandown in September for Round 4.
Bosch Power Tools Perth SuperSprint tickets are on sale on Supercars.com and Ticketek.com.
Cars will be on track on all three days of the event, with Friday's action featuring two practice sessions.
